This Privacy Policy explains how Runaway Sculptor ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Runaway Sculptor virtual reality game (the "Game") and this website (https://runawaysculptor-webapp.vercel.app, the "Site"). Together, the Game and Site are the "Services."
We designed Runaway Sculptor for offline, in‑person play: one person sculpts in VR while others guess from a nearby screen. We do not sell your personal information and we do not run in‑Game accounts, analytics, or cloud saves as part of the core experience described here.
Highlights
- Game: Gameplay is local to your session. We do not intentionally collect personal data inside the Game for cloud processing, advertising, or resale.
- Casting / screen share: If you mirror or cast gameplay using your headset or operating system features, that happens between your devices and platform software. We do not receive or host your cast video or audio streams.
- Site: This Site is mostly informational. Basic technical data may be processed automatically by hosting and networking providers when you load pages.
Scope & platform processing
When you obtain or update the Game from a store (for example, Meta Horizon Store), that platform may process personal data under its own privacy policy for purchases, updates, safety, anti‑fraud, and similar operations. We do not control those practices. Please review your platform's privacy notices.
Information we do not intend to collect from the Game
Consistent with an offline party experience, we do not ask you to create aRunaway Sculptor account inside the Game, and we do not intentionally log participant names, guesses, or sculpt content to our servers as part of normal play. If a future version ever introduces optional online features, we will update this Policy before enabling them where reasonably practicable.
Site & infrastructure
Visiting the Site typically generates limited technical metadata such as IP address, approximate region derived by networks, browser type, date/time, and requested URLs. Hosting providers may retain short‑term logs for reliability, abuse prevention, or legal compliance consistent with industry practice. Static hosting providers (for example, GitHub Pages) maintain their own policies describing retention and subpoena handling.
Cookies & similar technologies
This informational Site generally does not use marketing cookies we control. Your browser might still persist essential site‑delivery data (like cached files) as part of ordinary browsing without unique advertising IDs from us.
Children
VR platform accounts and headsets typically impose age‑based eligibility requirements and parental tools. Adults should supervise minors' headset use during local play sessions. We do not direct the Site or Game to collect personal information from children for our own profiling or resale. Parents or guardians may contact platform support channels for account‑ or device‑specific tools.
Your choices & regional rights
Where applicable law grants access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection rights, you may exercise them as provided by law. Because we do not operate a Game login or player database as described here, we may not be able to locate records tied to you beyond what hosting or email systems retain in the ordinary course.

We do not sell personal information for money and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under 16 for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
